Wonderful stay for families!
I have nothing but praise for this home! Clean, well stocked and comfortable. From the kitchen to the beds to the beach accessories and games provided. Every part left us wanting nothing, such a well done, well equipped stay. Owner and local contact were so quick to respond. Made it so easy. Also, the decor is beautiful with so many local touches from PR and Rincon.

An absolute delight
This 3-bedroom home has everything you need to be comfortable for a short- or long-term stay. Furnishings are all cute and comfortable. Our family of 4 had an incredible stay. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Air conditioners in all bedrooms and the common space work very well. The home is in a quiet neighborhood on top of a hill, a short walk from the center of Rincon. There is a small playground across the street with a basketball court, good for kids to run around. Peter and his friend/property manager, Luis, treated us exceptionally well. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay so enjoyable.

Nice value, excellent location
Our trip to Puerto Rico was excellent. The proximity of the house to the beach, downtown and major travel arteries was incredibly convenient. Peter was awesome to deal with and a very accommodating host. Aside from some neighbors barking dogs at night, our stay was enjoyable.

Nice location, small comfortable house, AC works good. The town is nice and close to beaches and lots of restaurants. Only negative is the dog next door barks all night.would stay again thu
