Snug and Cozy
Comfortable, quiet, and private. Full kitchen and bathroom. Great location very close to downtown, with off-street parking. Cynthia is the best host!

Great place to stay and see Las Cruces
The casita is the right size for two adults and a dog. Fenced in backyard and a great neighborhood to walk your dog.

Cut casita with privacy
This is the third time I have rented from Cynthia. The first two times with a larger house in the front, and this was my first time with the casita. Despite having a house in the front, the casita felt very private and had a wonderful backyard. It was a perfect place for my son and dogs over Thanksgiving week. I love Cynthia’s properties and always look for them when I’m going to stay in Las Cruces

Cute little casita
Absolutely loved staying here after coming into town for a wedding. Perfect size for my husband and I. Comfy bed, cozy living room, adorable decor. Loved our stay!

Great location - small yet comfortable
Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Small yard allowed us to enjoy the warmer afternoons outdoors. Tucked behind another home protecting the road noise but still could see the mountains.
