Within walking distance to the main street, theatre and Lake Wendouree and very clean. Only negative is that you pay in USD.

Perfect
We decided to stay somewhere as s family instead of staying with family members, wanted our own space. We found this property and we decided to stay here well omg it was the best place I’ve stayed in in a long time it was the best. They have set it up so u have everything thing there. From soap and shampoo to a few little things in your fridge. It was heaven. We came to ballarat for a family reunion it was perfect. :)

Such a lovely, spacious place to stay. Very clean and fully self contained with everything you would need for your stay be it short or long term. Beds are comfy and everything is spotless and hosts very welcoming. Thank you Kevin and Anna
