The Master bedroom is on the first floor with water views and an ensuite.

There are three other bedrooms, one with an ensuite and two others sharing the main bathroom.

The stylish central open plan kitchen has quality stone bench tops and Miele appliances, including induction cooking, it also enjoys water views. The home has waterfront balconies and a jetty so you can be picked up directly from this home for a cruise on our waterways. This home provides you with resort style year round indoor/outdoor entertaining.

LOCATION

This home is situated in a fantastic location in Surfers Paradise and encompasses all that is great about living on the Gold Coast. It is within close proximity to Surfers Paradise shopping, restaurants and beach. You can use public transport, including the GLink to travel to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair.

The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.

The beauty of the hinterland and rain forests are just a short drive away

Coolangatta Airport is a 35 minute drive and Brisbane a 60 minute drive

Central to all local attractions.

Numerous Championship GOLF COURSES are within a ten minute drive

THEME PARKS are a 20 minute drive.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Free parking for two cars in the garage, and two cars in the driveway.

The property is not a 'party house' and these activities are strictly prohibited. By relevant Gold Coast laws these prohibited activities are defined as 'parties, including, for example, bucks nights, hens nights, raves, wedding receptions or similar parties.' No guests or visitors have permission to enter, remain or engage in any such prohibited activities at the property. Minimum age to hire the property must be 20 years or older.

We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, RIVERFRONT REFLECTIONS has a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. As RIVERFRONT REFLECTIONS is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" From 10pm to 8am.

If security is called to the property over a noise complaint, and the complaint is deemed to be valid, you will be evicted from the property, and you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining nights. If you refuse to leave the property in a timely manner (time to pack your belongings and exit the property) when instructed to do so, you will lose your Bond, and police will be called to aid in the eviction.

Great property
Lovely property, huge house, allowing everyone their own bedrooms. Great being away from downtown Surfers Paradise but easily walkable when wanted. Great communication with owner. Lovely view on deck overlooking river. Found it strange nothing for recyclables for unit.

Beautiful property in great location
The property is located in a quiet area with a 20 minute walk into the heart of Surfers Paradise. The house has beautiful views which are taken advantage of from most rooms. The pool is a welcome addition, and although not large it worked perfectly for us. Communication with the owner was prompt once we had booked and there was no hassle when we arrived. If you are looking for a large house with 4 great sized bedrooms, fabulous views and the perfect place to relax then you need look no further.

Everything was exactly as listed. We had two families of two children each and have nothing but great memories of our stay. Lead up communication was quick and helpful and we had no reason to communicate during our stay. The property was in excellent condition and everything worked. Five stars.

Great position. Unit needs some maintenance, pool needed cleaning and each time it rained water flooded through front door, but overall had a good experience.
