This spacious waterfront home is big enough to accommodate up to 19 guests and is located in a beautiful inlet of Broadbeach Waters.

With all your needs considered inside and out, you can fish off the pontoon or relax around the sparkling swimming pool and BBQ area overlooking the water.
From within, there is a billiard table, 2 spa baths, a sauna plus lots of living area to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped to create a feast for all guests, with 2 ovens, a steam oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a temperature controlled wine fridge, and the 5 bedrooms provide comfortable bedding.

For the golfing enthusiasts, Northern Splendour is located only a short stroll to the Surfers Paradise Golf Club, and for the fashionistas, its within a short drive to the prestige shopping of Pacific Fair. Not to mention, The Star Casino, Gold Coast Conference and Convention Centre, Broadbeach restaurant strip and our glorious golden beaches.

For all those boating enthusiasts the house offers a pontoon for safe mooring of your boat and water skiing is allowed on the main river.

Only moments to Carrara Markets, Emerald Lakes Golf Club, Metricon Stadium and 20 mins to the world-famous Theme Parks there is so much to enjoy.

Northern Splendour will provide you and your family a relaxing escape right amongst all the wonderful activities that the Gold Coast has to offer.

Great visit to Gold Coast
We brought our large family including grandchildren and this house was perfect. The pool was great for the kids and gave a feeling of safety for all the young children. Kitchen BBQ etc made cooking for a large group easy and the entertaining are was large which allowed everyone to have a good time yet it had room for some to watch TV and play. The check in person was very friendly and helpful. Took no time to get to Movie World and other parks. Thoroughly recommend this.

Beautiful location
The property was great and was in the perfect location. Our only frustration was that we booked the house for 19 of us and hired a chef to come in and cook all of our meals daily. On the first day we found that we only had 9 spoons, 8 glasses to drink out of and a shortage of some other cutlery and crockery. I feel that a house this size that is advertised to house that many people and when you have paid for that many to stay that there should at least be a glass for every person, a spoon for every person. There was also no garbage bags or toilet paper (except for what was in the toilets). So we bought those things. In saying that the Property Managers were amazing, hence my 5 Star review. When we let them know we needed more cutlery and crockery they brought them over immediately. Overall a great property and we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Family holiday at the Gold Coast
Hi Julie & Rick Thank for the use of your lovely property for our stay on the Gold Coast The accommodation was very comfortable & facilities were ideal for our large family Everyone had a wonderful time time from grandparents to grandchildren & the swimming pool & pool table were especially made use of. The property was very convenient to shopping centres & theme parks Julie was very accommodating to our requests & communication & entry to property was quite simple. We would certainly consider staying at the property again should we return with the family, if it is available. Thanks you once more Mel & family

Annual Holiday Review
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property however would like to point out some specifics. The location was good, and the fact that it had a pool and a pool table was awesome to keep us occupied; however the gym was not functioning as advertised. The space was too small and we wouldn't call it a gym with a treadmill and a chest press that wasnt working. The AC's were too low and the house would get stuffy especially the middle and bottom levels; there were far too many mosquitoes and no fly screens on the main sliding door to the back so we all got bitten a lot! I wish all the rooms had access to an AC - that would be great. One of the rooms did and this was awesome especially since the area is so humid. We had to leave the fans running on during the day as the AC's were not powerful enough. Some of the bedrooms have far too many beds which means some of us were compromised for space. (Its hard with young kids). The bottom floor AC was not working properly so it meant no one could use that room as it was too hot. Loved the big space and the fact that it had 2 separate seating areas to chill out and watch tv. Also loved the fact that we had access to foxtel however Xbox / play station was not operational as advertised. The property cleanliness was OK - there was lots of dust around the windows and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Loved the fact that there were so many bathrooms/showers, this was brilliant however 2 of the toilets were not functioning. So it meant we had to share! Overall a pleasant stay somewhat but could've been better had these issues been addressed.
