Fully renovated, the upstairs of this property features three bedrooms all with double beds plus an amazing modern bathroom.

Open plan air-conditioned living area with large flat screen TV and DVD that opens onto the front balcony with retractable awning and outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean breeze. Full size kitchen with dishwasher, double door fridge and brand new appliances.

Downstairs caters for the teenagers or the extended family with an open plan studio feel. External access only. This space is equipped with its own kitchenette, bathroom and living area with TV and DVD. Extra bedding for the kids, on the double fold out day bed and double sofa bed. Laundry with washing machine.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast’s most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It’s a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there’s a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there’s a coffee shop at the Surf Club.

Great Getaway
We had a fantastic get away at this property. The location is amazing - 2mins stroll to the lagoon and beach. Short walk up to the local shops as well. We were glad the weather wasn't as hot as it normally is over Christmas as the Air-conditioning unit would not have been able to cope with the normal summer heat also the standing fans supplied in the bedrooms were very dirty and rusty so not usable. Overall fantastic stay, would 100% recommend.

The perfect break from the city
We had a great time staying by the beach, the house is within walking distance to the lagoon, shops and cafes. The house was spacious with all amenities we could possibly need. Huge back yard for the kids and dog too!
