This property is 5 minutes walk from the beach. 
Fully self-contained this villa offers all the extras including deducted heating and cooling throughout, Free WIFI with netflix and Foxtel, and a large private courtyard with a patio.
Our guests have access to an indoor swimming pool and tennis courts provided only to the small community of residents in this complex. 
Broadwater Beach Bar and Café offers outdoor dining amongst peppermint trees, and features modern Australian and international cuisine. Alternatively, there are a number of dining options within a 2-minute walk.

NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

Good location, nice garden area
The location is handy to the beach and supermarket and the garden area is private and lovely. However some practicalities were not available. Several of the cupboards/wardrobes were padlocked, so not enough space to unpack food or clothes, especially for a longer stay. The master bedroom and ensuite were lovely, however the linen supplies were barely adequate for the other two bedrooms - and disappointing there wasn’t a full sized ironing board and barbecue. Lovely to look at but a bit overpriced for basics to be not provided.
