Really top apartment for up to 4 people

In the city area and close to the lake. Fine apartment with everything I could want for.

Everything provided (except dish towels). I found the beds and the couch comfortable. Bus 121 is around the corner (Fort York Blvd) and streetcar/bus 511 is 300 meters away in Bathurst St..

The owner met us, showed us around and was very friendly. I'd definitely recommend this apartment.

Very nice condo with great views. the condo owner was great to work even though we didn’t arrive at his condo till 130am morning due to delayed flights caused by bad weather. Net net, we would be happy to stay there again

Don't be fooled.......

  • 2 of 5 the lovely pictures. This Condo, although situated in a reasonable location was extremely dirty. The carpets had stains all over them and the oven looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years and the walls need painting. The bed linen is old, thin and of poor quality and the second bedroom is very small. The balcony area also needs finishing. Overall, we felt it was not worth the money we paid.

Owner's Response: Sorry to hear that you were not happy to stay in our condo. But what you said in the review is not fully true. The wall was painted a year ago and carpet was washed just before July, when the hot season started. Our condo has the pure white colour walls and light yellow carpets. Any stains can be found easily, not like the other colour can hide stains. We noticed the stains on the carpets before you stays as some guests didn't care them enough. However, our condo was fully booked in the hot season, and we couldn't find two days window to do the carpet wash. Until three weeks ago, we had a chance to do it. There are some scratches on the walls, and I will take you suggestion to do a repaint. We replaced the bedding linen as well every year. We put two outdoor chairs in the balcony. We can't do anything else in the balcony, even paint the balcony as per the condo regulation. Anyway, thanks for your review!

We enjoyed our recent stay in Toronto. John met us at the property and explained everything clearly. There were no surprises. The condo was conveniently located to all amenities. Our family of five was comfortable and felt safe everywhere we went.

We really enjoyed your condo. The right size for two couples. It was clean and beds were really good. Close to Rodgers Center, Sobeys and nice restaurants. The only reason I didn't give a 5🌟 was because we couldn't get a sports channel on the tv to watch the game we didn't go to or our provinces cfl team.

The apartment was very clean and welcoming. It had all the provided supplies that was needed. Close to entertainment, restaurants and a grocery walking distance away. We loved our stay.
