This is a private owner that has this unit. When we arrived the room was occupied by another party. Went to the Ramada Resort reception. They could not help because the unit is privately owned. Called the owned and got no response. Talked to the mother and daughter in the room and they said they had another day in the unit. The mother told me they were put into this room because the unit they were suppose to have was occupied by someone else. When we finally got ahold of the owner, she said she had switch us to another room. After 2hrs we finally got into our room. The room did not meet the description it was advertised as. Free WIFI There is NO WIFI or inner net access. Asked the Ramada Resort WIFI for access. I was told the Ramada owns the WIFI and you and in a private owned unit and are not entitled to WIFI. The unit was also advertised as having a kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cookware, dishware and utensils, stovetop, oven, toaster, The unit had a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, dishware, utensils, toaster. NO cooktops, oven or coffeemaker. Instructions were to use the toaster in the bathroom so you don't set off the smoke alarm. If you do the fire department will respond and the fine will be $1000.00 AUS. Of which you are responsible for. The unit was advertised as if it was the Ramada Resort and Spa. It might be in the same facility but it is not part of the Ramada.

Room OK, owner NOT
Booked a non refundable 3 days at her Condo. I assumed I would hear from her, acknowledging the booking. Next day I contacted her, saying we were looking forward to staying, please send directions etc. She got back immediately saying she was busy but would be in touch tomorrow. No problem. After 3 weeks of no word from her, and multiple emails asking her for information I called VRBO. They could see I tried and didn’t hear from her so they offered to call. I don’t have international calling so I couldn’t. They told me she doesn’t answer OR have voicemail set up so they couldn’t leave message. But VRBO offered to email her also. Now it’s getting close to our departure. Don’t want to fly 18 hours to find out we can’t get into Condo so I called VRBO again. Finally the owner responded!! She sent detailed directions/info how to check in etc. One of the main reasons I selected her Condo was the offer of free bikes. Immediately I answered her email asking where we find those, since there was no info. Guess what?? She never answered!! So the day we checked in, we found bike helmets and a key buried in the linen closet. There was a scrap of paper with a few words, possibly the brand of bikes? So we had a scavenger hunt. With the help of the very nice front desk staff we finally located them. The room itself was fine, not remodeled but adequate. The location was nice. The bikes were fun. Would I rent from her again? No never!!! Apparently she said something about working out of town. Maybe she should have a property manager if she can’t manage to answer simple questions and phone calls. Just saying
