Shepparton House is an ideal property for families and groups wishing to stay under the same roof. The rear yard is fully fenced to enclose both pets and children safely. The property is centrally located in Shepparton, making it a 3min drive and a 8-10min walk to the nearest shopping centre, plus shopping mall, hotels, restaurants & cafes.

Shepparton city is central to the Goulburn River Valley, hosting many events but also close to the Murray River enclaves of Echuca Moama, and nearby Kyabram.

The house has three separate bedrooms, lounge, bathroom with toilet & shower, laundry with shower, extra toilet outside, outdoor yard with entertaining and BBQ area. There are 5 split-systems for heating and cooling. The house is fully equipped and all linen is provided. Sorry, no dishwasher..

Shepparton city has a thriving shopping strip and business community.

Shepparton House retains features you would expect in an 80 year old Californian bungalow include polished floorboards, original cornice & fretwork; renovations have updated all rooms. There are plenty of dining options nearby including hotels, restaurants, cafes and takeaway food. There is a carport (behind gates) and off-street driveway parking.

Left 2 weeks short of our stay
Old and run down, smelt very musky/mouldy. Third bedroom was more a kids room, not suitable for an adult and smelt unclean. Door closed off and not used. Unfortunately there was no other accomodation available so even though we booked for 3 weeks we relocated after 1 week when another house became available.

Comfy home for a group or big family
Bed in middle bedroom was very squeaky and soft mattress so not a great bed… I had read another report saying same but thought they meant first room Good space, great to have two showers and a second toilet out the back. Back toilet needed a sweep and the area around the outside bbq needed a sweep too. Good size house with a nice sun room out back. Two different areas and tables to eat at. Owner was nice to communicate with, just took a few days for replies eg like how do we get in and what was address. Would stay at the home and recommend it to others

Charming place
Lovely house with lot of character. Easy check-in and check-out. Our dogs settled in pretty easy. Enough space for them to run and play. We went during hot days and the house was comfortable and cool. I strongly recommend the place.
