Outstanding Beachfront Stay
The house is right across from a lovely beach and rockpool area. Very comfortable and extremely well stocked. The house has excellent privacy and is also opposite a path that runs all the way into Narooma for the long distance walkers and bike riders. The table tennis was great fun. The house is very clean, well designed and well maintained. It is highly recommended for all given the great location, comfort and cleanliness. We decided to book again for next year!

Family stay
We had a lovely time celebrating my mums 60th birthday. The property was great, clean and so many amenities. Loved playing table tennis, and relaxing on the deck. Really enjoyed exploring the surrounding beaches, all so beautiful and serene. We saw wallabies, seals, dolphins and emus. Overall a fantastic stay and trip to remember!

I live in Melbourne with my husband and we are retired. Our son is in the Australian army and our daughter, son-in-law and grand-daughter live close to us. I'm originally from the UK and my husband from Gippsland. We spend our year mainly at home but also in the UK, Austria and Turkey for 3-4 months. We both enjoy the outdoors. Malcolm is a surfer and tennis player and I love hiking, rowing and tennis. Dalmeny is our piece of heaven.

Why they chose this property

We enjoyed many holidays in Dalmeny before we had children so had fond memories of the area. Over a handshake in the Maldives where we were celebrating Malcolm's 40th birthday with friends, we agreed to buy Yabbarra Sands once it was built and have never regretted the decision.

What makes this property unique

Dalmeny is such a quiet, unspoiled and beautiful corner. The surf is good, the ocean is as blue as blue and wildlife abounds. There is a beach to suit everyone and all weathers including many lakes and sheltered areas for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. There are plenty of walks and places to explore, 4 wheel drive tracks, quaint towns, golf, cinema, boat trips, fishing, diving, snorkelling, cycling, arts and craft. The property is well equipped and a great place to relax if you feel like doing nothing at all except reading on the verandah and listening to the birds.
