We welcome you to stay at Maria's on Swansea - our beautiful holiday home near the sea.

In the heart of Swansea, in the centre of Tasmania's stunning Great Eastern Highway, this home-away-from-home with off street parking is the ideal place for a week-long holiday escape or a short stopover during a tour of the Island State. This inviting, warm, fully furnished home provides every comfort for you.

3 bedrooms (each with a Queen size bed), a large bathroom, lounge with split-system air conditioning, dining area and kitchen are everything you will need to unwind and relax in one of Tasmania's historic and favourite coastal towns.

The small but important touches have all been attended to: modern appliances, comfortable furniture and even a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of pods all awaiting your pleasure. Free, fast and unlimited WiFi is provided at no additional charge.

Situation only a short walk from Jubilee Beach, cafes, shops and local boat ramps. You will truly enjoy and remember your stay at Maria's on Swansea.

Perfect accommodation in a lovely quiet street.
Maria's at Swansea has everything you could want for a perfect stay! It was bright, roomy, spotless and had very comfortable beds and lots of clean fluffy towels and a good selection of toiletries. We had a wonderful stay. The only drawback was that old fashioned toilet cistern is very noisy but otherwise it was perfect.

Really is a beautiful home near the sea!
5 star property with extremely friendly owners. I stayed as a family of 4. It's a 2 minute walk from the centre of town and another 2 minutes to the beach. House has everything and although in a period style it looks recently renovated. Lovely plush carpets, comfortable beds and quality furniture and fittings. Loads of board games, an xbox 360 with loads of games, a dvd player with loads of recent movies. Kitchen has a new dishwasher and nespreso pod coffee. Has loads of pots, pans, glasses, plates etc. Split system heater/cooler. Quiet at night. Lovely garden including BBQ. Honestly, it has everything and everything is of such a high standard. Thanks for letting us stay!

Awesome property
Very happy with the house , everything was perfect and absolutely loved the bath !! Lots of room for a family or 3 couples. If you are going to stay in Swansea this is the place to book.
