Melbourne Fitzroy Terrace boasts a charming, stylish 2 Bedroom Victorian Terrace in Fitzroy North. Renovated 2022, all photos accurately represent the property as it is today. Only 2.9km from Melbourne Museum and 4km from the city centre. Fitzroy North & Fitzroy are arguably one of the BEST inner-city suburbs in Melbourne. Anyone that knows Melbourne loves Fitzroy! It's edgy, funky and has loads of creative atmosphere. Fitzroy has awesome street art, the laneways, the art galleries, funky shops, live music, bars and endless choices of cafes and restaurants. All of this makes it the coolest place in Melb.

The property boasts a light filled dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and butlers pantry, dishwasher, and oven. It's perfectly positioned with a northern aspect, boasting 2 large Velux skylights making it a home with so much happiness and light. There is a sun filled outdoor patio with a large tree for shade and gorgeous outdoor dining setting.

Every room has a brand new air conditioner and heating system. It's important when choosing accomodation in Melbourne to ensure the property has heating and cooling in each room. It's also important to choose properties that are a few minutes walk to transport and food supplies for ease and convenience.

Within a 1 min walk from the house, there are cafes, restaurants, MCoppins gourmet deli, grocery, butcher, fruit shops, metro Woolworths, beauty salon, retail shopping, basically, everything you need to ensure convenience and ease at your doorstep. The popular Edinburgh Gardens are a 5-minute walk.

Public transport is less than 1-minute walk; tram 86 is known as the 'Melbourne Street Art Tram'. This tram also goes to Melbourne's City Centre, Waterfront Docklands Shopping Centre and the infamous Retro/Arty Smith St and Gertrude St. Here you can walk along the cobbled street lanes and discover street art, galleries, retro shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and live music.

Tram number 11 is about a 6 min walk from the house and takes you along trendy Brunswick Street in Fitzroy, with its cool rooftop bars, street art, live bands, cafes, restaurants, and loads of arty shops. Also, tram 11 takes you to the Paris end of Melbourne, which is Collin st.

A free parking permit is available upon request; this allows you to park directly outside the property.

There are designer brand shops & factory outlets nearby in Collingwood & Fitzroy (3 tram stops away on tram 86). In the other direction only a few minutes tram ride you will be at trendy High st Northcote and the Westgarth cafes, restaurants, bars and live music precinct. Westgarth cinema, Melbourne University, Melbourne Zoo. Melbourne CBD, Melbourne Central, Bourke Street Mall, Queen Victoria Shopping Centre and Docklands Shopping Centre all within at tram ride.

Great location and great home
We really enjoyed our stay. The home is well equipped and located in a perfect neighborhood. The tram to get anywhere else in Melbourne stops right at our corner. Convenient shops around the corner and the restaurant across the street became our favorite stop for breakfast - hard to beat. If we return to Melbourne, we would hope to stay here again.

My son, puppy and I stayed in this gorgeous house for 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier. Vivian was an incredible host, so accommodating and just all round lovely! The house itself is exactly as advertised, super comfortable, exceptionally clean and is in a wonderful location. We felt like we were home the minute we arrived. Would thoroughly recommend for a short or long stay, you’ll love the house and you’ll love Vivian!

Fantastic property in a terrific neighborhood!
Cannot say enough great things about this VRBO! We stayed for 8 nights over Christmas 2022 and had a wonderful time. The space itself is beautiful and very well cared for. Very convenient to have 2 separate bedrooms, dishwasher, washer & dryer plus patio space. Quiet and clean! We loved the neighborhood - the #86 tram stop that goes into CBD (comes every 8 min or so and takes 20-25 min to get to most CBD destinations) was right across the street and there were many terrific places to eat in the area. There were several stores nearby that made it super easy to pick up food items. We have young kids and especially appreciated the parks and playgrounds nearby. Vivian was super helpful and very communicative. If we are ever back in Melbourne, I would stay here again in a second. Highly recommend it!

This terrace home is not only well equipped and lovely it is in a fabulous location. Near to parks, shops and cafes. The host is so welcoming, caring and accommodating. I’ll be returning to stay here for certain.

It's absolutely charming and fashionably old world; it has all the modern facilities that make it a beautiful 'home away from home'. It's stunningly renovated in 2021, and has loads of light and many charming characteristics of a stylish 1870's Victorian Terrace. The location is AMAZING!
