Perfect Aix Location
We had a wonderful five night stay at Corrine’s apartment. The apartment is lovely and quiet and so close to the heart of Aix. Corrine was so good at communication with us before and during our stay. We recommend this apartment highly! One bit of advice, if you have a car, it is ideal to have a compact or smaller (say small Fiat) as the garage parking is tight. But the good news is that Corrine’s apartment has parking so close in.

A modern, comfortable apartment in the heart of Aix
We stayed eight nights in January 2023 at Couronne Urbaine, a one-bed apartment in the Les Allees complex near Le Rotonde. We’ve stayed in Aix before, in older apartments up several flights of stairs. This one is better: it’s a modern building, with swipe-card security, modern bathroom, good balcony. The host, Corinne, is very good. One example: there was a plumbing problem (a leaking pipe, can happen anywhere, nobody’s fault) and Corinne acted promptly to have it fixed. The kitchen is well-equipped, the air-conditioning works well. A family member visited for a few nights and slept on the sofa bed, which was comfortable. The apartment is ideal for two, maybe three. We enjoyed our time here.

Terrific spot in center with all access
Our stay at this location was superb in all ways. The host was most helpful with recommendations as well as information about the area. We used this as our base for a week and traveled by car and bus many days to nearby places. All wonderful. The apartment is good sized and very comfortable for two. Laundry and parking on site were both a plus for our long stay in France.

International lyric art festival in summer gives a lot of operas and concerts. Also, in the beginning of July, Economists Circle organises very interesting conferences.

Why they chose this property

The central location makes It easy to enjoy the cultural life as well as discover the rest of Provence. What I love most about my appartment is that although It is quiet in the center of downtown.
During the summer, Aix holds an international lyric art festival with many operas and concerts.

What makes this property unique

In this downtown appartment, you can rest on the peaceful and sunny terrace, looking out onto a quiet patio garden. The appartment also features new high quality bedding of 160 cm , bookcase with books at your disposal and a large kitchen worktop.
