This is a large modern, comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home , 5 minutes drive to Tamworth's hospitals and 7 minutes to the city centre.
It is in a quiet, rural residential sub division and is on a 5000sq m block.

The house is furnished to suit 8 adults. Children welcome.
There is a remote controlled double garage, and extra under cover parking is available on request.
The house is available any 2 or more nights.
Long periods are available at discounted rates by arrangement. Please enquire.

check in is 3pm, and check out must be strictly by 10 am.
Self check in : code sent to your Vrbo/Stayz app the day prior to your arrival.

The house is ideal for large family events, girl's weekends, small conferences.
A special consideration to the owner: Please be honest with the number of guests you are booking.
It is very unfair to not disclose this.

All linen, including towels and pool towels ,is provided.

Pantry and some freezer goods are for your convenience upon arrival. You will need to supermarket shop for your daily supplies.
The kitchen has a large array of appliances, including a sandwich maker, slow cooker, soda stream, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, mixer, blender stick, plus crockery, cutlery, saucepans and baking trays.
Additional coffee pods compatible for the Nespresso machine are available at Woolworths on Hill St.

There is evaporative cooling, split systems extra, and a gas fire. Strictly, Split systems are not to be used with the evaporative cooling, as they are not compatible.
There is free WiFi, and a basic Foxtel package.

I need your help to keep the property clean. As of July 1, 2022 the whole house has brand new carpet.
Please : food and drink on hard floors only.
The house will not be serviced during your stay, except by arrangement and extra cost.
A refundable damage deposit may be charged at the owner's discretion.
There is to be no noise that disturbs the neighbours, and no smoking.

PLEASE leave the kitchen clean, especially the oven and the cooktop.
Please clean out the fridge when you leave.

***Importantly, if you use the barbecue, please clean it, and turn the gas off at the gas bottle.***

The home has a very large yard ,playground equipment, and a new salt water pool.

Best getaway ever - 10/10!!
From booking to checkout and everything in between, this was the best getaway ever! Annie was an absolute delight to deal with! She was so kind, accommodating and quick at responding. The house was bigger, newer and cleaner than we had expected (compared to other homes we have stayed in) and is situated in a breathtaking and quiet street. The home is equipped with everything you need + more! Even the little things like basic toiletries, stocked pantry/fridge with basic necessities and ample extra towels and blankets to use for the shower and pool. The home accommodated our broad age group between a 1 year old baby - 60 years old and every single person felt right at home as it was very family friendly. Can confidently say that this was the best home that we have rented so far. Everything about this trip was spectacular and we cannot wait to go back for another relaxing week - definitely recommend !!! Thanks Annie!

2 of my grown up children live in Tamworth, so we use the house for regular family catch ups!
I hope to retire to Tamworth, but in the meantime, love sharing my home with you!

I saw this house one day when I was driving in the area, and fell in love with it's beautiful facade.
It looked unique , and had the wide open space I love, having lived out on the plains for all my adult life!
