A piece of the country to yourself, surrounded by still water and rolling green hills.
This picturesque cottage accommodates 4 guests, you have total privacy, with comfortable beds and crisp
linen, 1 King bed & 2 long King singles.
You can expect a warm welcome from Pam & Mike and their gorgeous Kelpie Sam,who live in the main house on the property, which is far enough away to give you total privacy, but who will also be around if you require any assistance. There are no other guests so you have the place to yourself.
Fresh bread and newly laid farm eggs will be delivered to your verandah in the morning.
Perhaps a quick paddle early to spot a platypus - our canoes and kayak are at hand, as are fishing rods.
If you are a bird twitcher, you will not be disappointed by the number of species we have on our property, so bring your binocular or use ours, the cottage has everything you will need including binoculars.
In the evening BBQ on your verandah with a sundowner at the bar with the most amazing views and night sky

Unfortunately we do not allow pets to stay in the cottage due to our other guests who may have allergies to dogs or cats.

We are only15 minutes from Gympie, the historical Mary Valley Steam Train has been totally refurbished trips from Gympie to Amamoor just delightful .So many walking, climbing and biking tracks in the area to explore.
35 mins from Noosa, National Parks, restaurants , beaches, shopping.
75 mins from Rainbow Beach. Trips to Fraser Island. Coloured sands, horse riding on beach, surfing.....

Wish we could parcel Cedar Brae up and send it to you to experience this little piece of we can't so you will just have to come and see for yourself.
You will not be disappointed and you will not be able to take the smile off your face from the moment you arrive until the moment you have to leave.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Beautiful place beautiful fresh baked bread
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedar Pocket. It is a beautiful setting and very peaceful. Pam is a wonderful baker and together with husband, Mike, are very welcoming hosts. Alpacas were fun, lovely bird life and accommodation was very comfortable and spacious with lovely personal touches. We will be happy to visit again.

Idyllic and Peaceful
WOW, what an amazing place to visit! The accommodation was very comfortable, neat & tidy. The property is well maintained and we loved feeding time with the Alpaccas, cows, and Guineafowl. Having a morning coffee on the verandah looking out past the property and over the dam was spectacular. We loved kayaking and canoeing on the dam with our boys and saw several platypuses as we paddled around. Our Hosts, Mike and Pam, were very friendly, with a deep love for their property. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Fantastic battery recharge1
We had SUCH a relaxing time. Pam and Mike are warm, generous hosts who have presented a beautifully maintained cottage in a stunning rural setting. The breakfast provisions are delicions and more than generous, and the time spent telling stories around the fire was the perfect ending to idyllic days. Can't wait to return.
