With five spacious bedrooms, this luxury home features high-end finishes and French doors that open to all rooms. The main bedroom has a king bed (My Side Comfort), TV, and an ensuite with a free-standing bath, shower, toilet, and vanity with garden view. The living area has a Smart TV, and luxury seating, while the lounge area is a soundproof movie room with a large screen Smart TV, DVD player, and an 8-10 seater modular lounge.
The stunning Blackbutt Timber Kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances, including an Ilve 900mm Oven, double pantry fridge with ice-maker, filtered drinking water, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and Miele dishwasher. It also has stone bench tops and seating around the island bench for 6-8 guests. The kitchen is the heartbeat of the home with fully equipped appliances such as blender, food processor, serving dishes, Analon wok, pots and pans, full equipped outdoor kitchen barbeque including tools, wooden cooking tools, spare food supplies such as Olive Oil/Vinegar and salt/pepper, herbs and spices....perfect for the passionate foodie. PLUS the organic veggie patch is abundant with seasonal herbs, fruits & vegetables.
The dining area has an 8-seater table setting, and there is a second living area with an intimate gas log fire and luxurious appointed seating with a pool view.
The holiday home has a fully equipped laundry with MIELE washing machine and MIELE dryer. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and trundle or porta-cot (available on request), while the bathroom has a bath, shower, and vanity. The separate toilet/powder room is a great addition. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed (ample room for a porta-cot), semi-ensuite, and pool view, while bedroom 4 has a queen bed with a garden and dam view. Bedroom 5 is a studio with a queen bed and a stunning pool view and ensuite.
The rear of the holiday home has a fabulous undercover alfresco entertaining area with an 8-12 seater table setting, poolside modular lounge, poolside 8-seater table setting, ceiling fans, outdoor heaters, flat-screen TV, drinks fridge, and hammock. The fully fenced grounds feature a dam (with yabbies and turtle), built-in Spring Free trampoline, basketball backboard, flying fox zipline, 12.5m x 5m inground heavy-duty solar-heated pool and gas heated infinity edge spa, steam/sauna room, children’s play equipment, and separate undercover area with an outdoor built-in kitchen BBQ and seating for 12 at the table or bar with outdoor lounge and daybeds. Amaroo even has its own 6-hole pitch & putt golf course and Organic Hair Day Spa located separately to the home!
Allura Hair Spa is separately located on the property and is open by appointment only. For guests that wish to book a divine organic hair treatment & blowdry, this can be arranged at the time of reservation. Your own private Hair Spa - let the guys watch the kids poolside while the ladies have their hair done! This is a luxurious family resort!
