Part renovation and newly refurbished in late 2022 this beautiful home is sure to impress. Greeted with Italian floor tiles upon entry the area opens to a homely living area with comfortable lounge suites and an 8 seater dining table. The newly renovated kitchen features timber benchtops and quality appliances, including a five-burner gas cooktop. Off the entry to the right is a media room complete with Sonos system .

Opening via French doors all areas benefit from the serene poolside vantage.

A beautiful air conditioned master suite, with ample robe space and a plush ensuite featuring twin vanities set in hardwood, shower recess and a comfortable freestanding bath with a view to the garden atrium also graces the ground floor.Upstairs, with its raked ceilings and lush carpets are an additional two, large air conditioned bedrooms, both with built-in robes and one with semi-ensuite access to the main bathroom. An alcove serves as a second media area and ideal retreat for the children.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner.

Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.

A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

Great house in a good location, needs maintenance
We love this house and have stayed before. It’s in a great location and is a wonderful size and set up for a family. Unfortunately it does require some maintenance, all the windows on one side are out of order (and were last time we stayed 3 years ago) so they can’t be opened and there is some evident wood rot etc. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

7 Dwyer street Sunshine Beach
We had a great stay in Sunshine Beach at this property with our family over the new year period. Overall it was an awesome experience and the Real Estate agents were fantastic to deal with. The house was a little tired and didn’t match the photos on stayz with many things with notes on them being in repair and the pool and gardens were in some desperate need of attention. For the price over this time we were surprised it was so tired.

Great house and location.
Loved this house and sunshine beach. Our party was made up of two young families. We were able to have one family in the upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs. Provides privacy and your own space, all with a central living / kitchen area and a pool. The undercover outdoor area that wraps around the pool is great for relaxing and providing shade. Best of all is the setting, the house has been sympathetically built into the landscape. I loved being in the pool and looking up to see palm trees towering above around the property. Looking forward to coming back to sunshine beach and hopefully this house.

Lovely House, Beautiful Location
We had a wonderful time at this property. The space was amazing and the managers were very helpful with any queries we had (mainly about the pool!). The upstairs/downstairs layout of the bedrooms could allow for more than one family to stay comfortably and enjoy all the benefits of such a large house.

Great house, perfect for the family!
Great house, excellent layout for the family with plenty of space all revolving around the lovely pool. Excellent position with an easy walk to the Sunshine shops and short drive to Noosa. The only suggestion is more thorough cleaning as each corner of each room had spider webs and dead insects as well as a basic coffee machine as there is no way to make a morning coffee. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back next year!
