This newly built cottage (2013) in Cape Elizabeth, Maine is located in a private Atlantic ocean front neighbourhood at the entry of Casco Bay. A breathtaking location, filled with every amenity!
A new, spacious and well equipped kitchen awaits your culinary talents! Great open floor plan for family gatherings or enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor patio surrounded by ocean views!

SONOS sound system. Download the App and enjoy your own collection of music! Smart TV to watch your favourite shows at the house. All linens and towels washed with organic, fragrance free detergent!

All 3 roomy bedrooms have their own bathrooms and showers. 100% luxury cotton linen in all three bedrooms. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after being on one of the 2 private neighborhood beaches or to give Fido a good scrubbing!
This lovely home may be located in a private neighborhood but you are only 7.5 miles from downtown Portland with museums, antique shops, nationally acclaimed restaurants, theatre and unique shopping in The Old Port.
Take a ferry tour to the Casco Bay Islands. Sailing, fishing and lobster charters easily arranged. Mountain Bike and Jogging trails in Cape Elizabeth Land Trusts Robinson Woods. Visit Fort Williams and Portland Head Light just minutes away. Drive up to the famous L.L. Bean store in Freeport just 25 miles north.

A Month in Cape Elizabeth
This is a wonderful property! It has the best ocean views for sunset and sunrise. It is located down a private road in a quiet enclave of houses with a very short path to a special little rocky beach. You can hear, see and smell the ocean from the house! The house is comfortable and clean with a well appointed kitchen making cooking for a family easy. There is an outdoor shower and a patio with a large table to eat your lobsters from Alewifes outside. The property manager, Danielle, responded immediately to all requests and Denis responds quickly as well to booking questions. This was our second stay the house and we plan to return. This is special house and we plan to be back.

A Gem
Denis' place has been and will continue to be a great place to stay for a couple of months while we have to be out of our own home. Denis and his property manager are easy to reach and get it done! The house has beautiful views, a quiet neighborhood, great views, and is incredibly well outfitted.

The owners are lovely and very responsive. The home and location are very special. The house has an open floor plan. Lots of windows. A modem and comfortable cottage a few steps from the ocean. Property manager is also terrific. What ever you may need. You will be well taken care of!! 🖤

Special Location
The location of this home was spectacular. Settled in a quiet welcoming community, nestled away from the ordinary hustle and bustle of summer southern Maine tourism, this home is on the water with a small beach across the road and access to a striking point in which to watch the sunset. The home is incredibly comfortable and well equipped.

The owner, Denis, loves travel and enjoys hearing the stories from other travellers. He is in a different country every month. Do not hesitate to ask for tips. He came to Maine for the first time 20 years ago and fell in love with this beautiful part of the World.

Justin, the other owner, fell in love with the New England coastline after growing up in coastal Massachusetts, between Boston and Cape Cod. The beaches of Greece and the warm waters of the Mediterranean are a site to behold, but nothing can compare to the Northeast Atlantic and these amazing views.

You are right at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean with a couple of private beaches at your door. 15 minutes drive to Old Port with everything it has to offer. Quiet, private location. We love our home and want you to have the best time there.

Have your own private bathroom next to your own bedroom with the views of the Atlantic Ocean? At Tucker Lane every bedroom has its own bathroom. 3 bedrooms, 3 generous bathrooms! 4th half-bath is downstairs. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms.
2019 Summer Season Updates: Smart TV to watch your favourite shows at the house. All 100% luxury linens and towels washed with organic, fragrance free detergent!
The downstairs bedroom and full master bath are well suited for handicapped guests: no stairs, all on one level, easy access, walk-in shower.

We offer for rent another house right next door. Built in 2009, 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with unobstructed panoramic ocean views and every amenity. Both properties combined can accommodate family reunions, retreats and multigenerational holidays.
