Lomandra Retreat is a stunning contemporary property situated at the Vintage in the Heart of the Hunter wine country, giving unparalleled location on a Greg Norman-designed, 18 hole Championship golf course. The property looks over the 6th tee and the neighbouring Bimbadgen Vineyard Estate.

Lomandra Retreat boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms plus a fantastic cinema room. The huge open plan living space with modern kitchen, dining and lounge spills out onto the large entertaining deck at the rear of the property. Lomandra is stylishly furnished with contemporary furnishings to give its guests a feel of complete luxury.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to entertain at home, it is fully air-conditioned and has a magnificent fireplace. You won't want to leave.

Please note that this property is NOT pet friendly.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 6 guests from $823 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 6 guests from $618 per night (Mon-Thur)
Extra guests are charged at $100 per person per night.
Children under 13 years are charged at $64 per child per night.
Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.
NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Spacious and beautiful property
Stayed her with family over NY. Beautiful property, with great space and very clean. A few little things were damaged but didn't affect our stay. Only reason I have 4 but would have given 4.5 if possible. Lovely to have new Nineteen Bistro and Bar nearby. Super house for get together or as a bolt hole while exploring the local area.

A clean modern home providing ample space for friends and family, with a double car garage. Tranquil outdoor area over looking the Vintage Golf Course. Phenomenal communal areas with butler's pantry in the open plan kitchen, and a media room.

Fabulous Weekend Away
Had a lovely stay at this property, well worth the price. Wish we could have stayed a couple of nights longer. Very clean, everything we needed was in the house plus more! Would definitely recommend this property. Just a couple of extremely minor things, locks were not working in the master bathroom and toilet. Garage door also needs to be fixed. These were definitely not deal breakers merely just to let the owner know. Thanks for a great weekend!!
