Kell Cottage is a beautiful country retreat located in the charming town of Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands of NSW. Just a short drive from Sydney and Canberra, Bundanoon is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

KELL Cottage is located on a big, private 2-acre country allotment and is a very special property.
You can escape the rest of the world in this beautifully furnished cottage with only the resident Kangaroos and beautiful blossom trees to keep you company. KELL Cottage is a haven for relaxation.

Bundanoon is a tranquil country town that has something to offer everyone. You can take the short walk to the main street and enjoy a coffee at the Old Bicycle Shop Cafe or if you feeling adventurous, strap on your hiking boots and explore one of all of the natural wonders of the local area. With Morton National Park, Glow Worm Glen, Fairy Bower Falls, great mountain biking, local wineries, numerous bushwalking tracks and of course the Brigadoon Scottish festival, one weekend might not be enough time to take in all Bundanoon and Kell Cottage has to offer!

Beautiful cottage
Close to town, a beautiful peaceful setting. Very comfortable and fully equipped. Fire great for a cold night. Loved our stay.

Beautiful home. Stunning location.
Stayed for a few nights linked to a family wedding and really enjoyed the excitement of that first checkin moment, and returning each day after being out. Its a very relaxing ambience with space and the sounds of rustling leaves and happy birds. If im in town again, ill be checking the availability of Kell Cottage first. Dealing with Susan was excellent - very prompt and supportive. Thanks

An amazing stay in a beautiful area
From booking to checking in and out, it was a very smooth process. Susan and Mark were excellent in communication and answering questions promptly. A beautiful home with luxury will definitely recommend and visit again. Great for children and the chickens were a treat, feeding and collecting eggs. Home is comfortable, warm and child friendly. Thank you very much

Peaceful home
Our family of 6 and our dog had a wonderful 5 night stay at Kell cottage. The home is very well equipped and comfortable, light filled and very aesthetic decor. The grounds are beautiful and extensive. Huge area behind the flying fox for playing family cricket with our dog ecstatically fielding. Our 13 and 15 year olds loved the chickens and the flying fox. We had a delightful meal at the local Italian restaurant. Having just had surgery I appreciated being able to eat free range eggs from the chickens. Beds were comfortable and lovely bathroom. Excellent communication from Susan. We would love to come again!
