The suite is tactfully decorated with original works of art and new furniture. Enjoy the fantastic south facing private patio. Very discrete location overlooking Dallas Road, the cruise ships and sunset views. Quiet building. Secure underground parking.

Interaction with Guests

I will be here to welcome you to the apartment and give you a tour. I can be easily reached my phone or email if you need me, otherwise your stay is completely private.

The Neighbourhood

This romantic zen get away is across the street from Fisherman’s Wharf and a short stroll to the waterfront or downtown (15 minutes) offering an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, hotels, marina and Beacon Hill Park. There is a small ferry service throughout the day to numerous harbour locations including Chinatown. The harbour is serviced by ferries and air service from Washington State and seaplanes to Vancouver.

Eat your fill of fresh salmon, clams and oysters at the delicious fish market (Finest at Sea) right outside the front door. During the summer months you can see the different cruise ships arrive to port in the evening and take a horse drawn carriage ride through historic James Bay. There are kayak tours from the wharf as well as wild seals, eagles and numerous seagulls for your entertainment.

The 30/31 bus stops in front of the building.

5 min walk to Helijet

10 min walk to Coho and Clipper ferries

About Tegan Forbes

I am an artist, art instructor, astrologer and traveler with a yoga practice and discerning taste for wine. Currently I live in Vancouver BC. I have lived all across the world in Calgary, Montreal, Berlin, Weimar Germany, Sydney Australia, Brooklyn New York and most recently Victoria BC.

My small dog Rio, is a rescue pup from Mexico. He is a kind and quiet soul. Occasionally he travels with me when he is not vacationing at my parents home.

We had a great two months in this Condo in Victoria. A very comfortable small one bedroom apartment. The building is very well maintained and very secure. We will certainly return on our next trip to Victoria.

Fantastic location; great views; everything you need

We stayed in this unit for one month while looking for an apartment to rent in Victoria. The location was an ideal base from which to do our search and get to know the city. The views are stunning! We had everything we needed to live comfortably. We had our own bicycles which we could lock in the parking stall. BBQ on the balcony was a nice touch. The unit is well suited to a couple or individual traveller. Tegan was helpful in getting us set up when we arrived and subsequently responded immediately to questions.

Fabulous location and view!

The Reef is an excellent, secure, pet friendly property right across from Fisherman's Wharf Park~ walking distance to the inner harbour, Beacon Hill Park, Ogden Point, Cloverpoint and James Bay Village. Tegan's unit has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Victoria. The view is spectacular!! It is so much fun to watch all the marine activity (including the cruise ships!) This place is a gem.
