1. We have a strict NO PARTY POLICY. No Bucks Parties, No Hens Parties and No Schoolies please. We are located in a gorgeous quite location and we ask all guests to maintain the serenity.
2. Maximum of 8 guests on the property at any given time
3. No bartering on advertised rates
4. Minimum 3 night stay

Our property is always cleaned and laundered by a reputable cleaning company
Our pool is managed by a local Pool Company to ensure chemical levels are always safe for you and your family
Our lawns and gardens are also maintained regularly
Our property is beautiful and we will look to only allow people to stay who will respect the property like we do

We had the most amazing stay!! Belinda and Jamie have a beautiful home that is great for families to go away and enjoy. The views are amazing, and they are so friendly to communicate with. There was ample room for the 7 of us and the pool was a hit for the kids. The renovations they have done make the house feel clean and welcoming. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was amazing, except the cleaning there was dust everywhere specially the stairs and corners. Dog poo was everywhere outside.

Great place, with views of bay, but needs LOTS of TLC
Loved our stay, the view is wonderful and Belinda is so nice and easy to deal with. But there are so many problems and things that don’t work, I feel bad for even saying it. No lights in any of toilets/bathrooms, very dangerous at night, window winders don’t work, couldn’t get oven to work but could be doing something wrong. The corner kitchen cupboard is falling apart and off hinges. Most of taps, showers, had issues with loud noises and leaking washers. ‘Games room’ is disappointing, and no table tennis table. Everything needs a good clean and lots of maintenance. But we still enjoyed our time there. I don’t think the property owner is aware of some things and should sack cleaner and gardener! Would go again if things are cleaned up a bit, we spent a lot of time cleaning before using some facilities. But lovely views, beds are great (no electric blankets though, we took extra bedding), and good communication.

We purchased this beautiful piece of paradise in late 2014 and have been enjoying it in between rentals since then. Living in this property for chunks over the last decade made us super clear of what we needed to do when renovating to bring this place to life. The house is very family friendly. We have two young daughters and hope to attract families like ours to stay and experience quality family moments. We include many additional resources to make the stay easy and enjoyable.

Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. You cant help but just stop the moment you walk in the front door. Just an hour commute from central Melbourne. Yet all the best of the Peninsula is at your fingertips from this base

What makes this property unique

The solar heated pool overlooking the ocean, the gas fireplace to keep you warm on a cold evening. Everything you could ask for in the beautiful quaint Mt Martha Village. Looking out on that ocean is guaranteed to relax you.
