Lithgow Falls - Marysville

While you are making your way through the famous mountain pass, known as the black spur, enormous trees stand tall all around. Their strong presence gives the feeling that you’re on your way to somewhere special. Upon arriving, you are greeted by the country character charm that is Marysville. You immediately realise that you are in a very special place. Grand mountain ranges surround the town, nestled below your Lithgow Falls awaits.

The open plan design brings a sense of ease and purpose. A large entertainment lounge complete with leather reclining chairs, dining, gourmet kitchen make up the heart of this property. For those winter evenings the Conara wood heater is perfect while you are kicking up your feet after a day at the snow.

French sliding doors open up onto the outdoor decking and BBQ area. A great place to relax while you are taking in the wonderful mountain surrounds. You can even hear Stevenson River running in the gully below, its hard to believe seeing as the centre of town is only a 2 minute drive.

4 spacious bedrooms and 2 well-appointed bathrooms comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests. Now theres no excuse to make Lithgow Falls your next destination for that quick getaway, or break you have been meaning to take. We look forward to having you.

Marysville delight
Gorgeous house with plenty of room for a family or group of friends to getaway. Quiet location, but just a short walk to town. Ramblers will like the convenient hike to the magnificent Steaphenson Falls just up the road a few k's. Marysville is a wonderful place to get away from the city for a few days, and this is the place to do it.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the moment
Our family were lucky enough to book into Lithgow Falls for a few days in July. We found the house to exceed our expectations. It was very homely, comforting, relaxing and we enjoyed every moment. It has a beautiful view, comfortable beds and furniture and excellent heating. We are all hoping to visit again soon.
