This two bedroom apartment on the top floor of the Boyd Building offers stunning panoramic water views of the harbour and Port Phillip bay.
Brilliantly situated on the New Quay waterfront with a great range of restaurants, shopping, tourist and transport facilities at the doorstep. There is a open living area with leather furniture, large TV, comfortable dining table for six and a sleek gourmet kitchen fitted with everything you might need, including Miele dishwasher, oven and hotplates.

The living area opens onto a full width balcony to admire those amazing views from the 22nd floor .
The master bedroom features access to another balcony, an ensuite, walk in robe and has a queen sized bed.
There is a second bedroom, also with views and a king bed that can be turned into 2 Singles and a second bathroom as well.
The unit has a washing machine and dryer, reverse cycle air conditioning and free secure undercover parking included. The Boyd building has an outdoor pool, gym and BBQ that you can use for the duration of your stay. New Quay is situated 200 meters from Marvel Stadium so it is a great location for attending AFL football, soccer and special concerts. Other tourist sites at the doorstep include the Melbourne Star wheel, ice skating and Harbour Town shopping Centre. Free trams from the door take you five minutes to the Melbourne CBD and all that it has to offer.

Ballantrae - 5 stars!!!
Property looked just as it does in the pictures. Check-in was simple -accessed keys from lockbox, and returned them to same lockbox on check-out. Location couldn’t have been better - easy walk to two different tram stops within the free tram zone. Multiple grocery stores within a few meters , as well as a large supermarket at the Docklands mall. Many restaurants within walking distance as well. View of the harbour was beautiful. Well equipped kitchen, and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. Can’t recommend this VRBO enough

Great Docklands Rental and Location in Melbourne
Steve replied to our questions promptly. The rental had all the amenities you will need for a great stay in Melbourne. Easy location to get to and from via the Free Tram to the CBD, Flinders and Southern Cross stations.. It is near the Docklands Mall, Woolworths grocery and Costco. For eating in, the kitchen was well stocked. The air conditioning worked great when required. The penthouse views of Melbourne Harbour were fantastic and there were always some activities to watch while sipping wine on the balcony. If we return to Melbourne, we would definitely return to this rental.

Four of us stayed 3 nights in this 22nd floor unit. It was very well equipped for self catering after touring the sights of Melbourne on easily accessible public transportation. We would recommend it.
