Bel appartement près du centre-ville de Sallanches
Notre groupe de 4 personnes a beaucoup apprécié cet appartement très propre et confortable, à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville, et avec une vue imprenable sur le Mont-Blanc.

Centraal gelegen maar met enkele problemen
We hebben dit appartement gekozen vanwege de ligging in Sallanches (uitzicht) en de ligging van Sallanches voor bezienswaardigheden. De ligging en uitzicht kloppen maar houd wel rekening dat de weg Sallanches-Combloux pal onder het balkon bij de woonkamer loopt. Met open deur hoor je het verkeer goed. In de slaapkamers geen last. Appartement zelf was wel in orde (goede parkeergelegenheid plus lift) maar qua schoonmaak en onderhoud kan het beter. Afzuigkap was vuil, in keuken hier en daar vuil (met doek afnemen kwam veel vuil mee). Kastjes plakten. Verder waren in slaapkamer (2-persoonsbed) draden bij stopcontact lampen naaast bed open. En de ander hing los. Eentje van ons kreeg 1e avond lichte schok van de lamp. Bij vertrek is schoonmaak en lampen gemeld bij buurvrouw Annie. Verder was de 2e wc “overleden” maar is nooit gemaakt tijdens week. Wc was al voor aankomst zo aangezien Annie het meteen bij aankomst toonde. In Advertentie staat 2e wc nog vermeld. Dat is 1 van onze punten om appartement te huren. Tenslotte was inventaris keuken niet in evenwicht qua soorten. Zeker 18 borden maar weinig glazen.

Superbe vue
lorsque vous arrivez dans l'appartement, la vue du Mont-Blanc vous saute aux yeux, c'est magnifique. Très bon emplacement, plein de commerces, un grand cinéma et un centre aquatique tout neuf,....etc Pour l'appartement heureusement qu'il y a avait un ventilateur car avec la canicule il est vite devenu notre meilleur ami. Appart un peu bruyant à cause de la route principale au pied de l'immeuble. Pour la voiture nous avons toujours trouvé de la place sur le parking de l'immeuble. Nos deux semaines sont passées bien trop rapidement, il faudra revenir.

Un super séjour face au Mont Blanc
Appartement très agréable, bien agencé, bien équipé et surtout idéalement situé face au Mont Blanc. Quel bonheur d'admirer le coucher de soleil sur le Mont Blanc depuis la terrasse! Un merci particulier à la voisine, charmante et très arrangeante pour la remise des clés.

Appartement conforme à la description
Un grand appartement bien meublé et avec une belle vue, conforme à la description. Un peu vieillot et avec une insonorisation qui pourrait être meilleure. La communication avec le propriétaire s'est fait sans soucis
