This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is both spacious and comfortably furnished for a perfect time of family relaxation. Surprise your kids with a much needed vacation in this getaway for six.

From the moment you step into this sixth floor condo, you'll instantly feel as if it's always been your beach home. Light walls, tile flooring, and shutters create a soothing environment while the dark leather couch and orange accent wall add eye-catching pops. While the atmosphere is lovely, you'll find your attention quickly drawn away by the expanse of ocean right outside the sliding glass door.

As you set your groceries down in the kitchen on your left, take a moment to look at all the details and amenities it provides. Sandy-hued cabinets, warm granite counters, and white appliances give this kitchen a relaxed feel that will put any cooking hesitations at ease. Explore your culinary side as this area is equipped with plenty of counter space, a Keurig and Drip coffee maker, and any essentials you should need.

When your family returns ravenous from a day spent playing on the shore, enjoy a meal together in the spacious dining room. Six cushioned chairs line the wooden table and two barstools are provided at the kitchen breakfast bar. A charming little sitting area resides nearby and is perfect for additional seating or simply relaxing.

Once the plates are cleared, continue the family time in the cozy living room. The living room was made for gatherings and good times as it's characterized by a wrap-around leather sectional and a large flat-screen TV. Besides a phenomenal view of the ocean, this space exudes a laid-back charm with its bright orange wall, coastal accents, and mirrors that create a sense of further openness.

Before the day comes to a close, end the evening in the best way possible… with a glass of wine and the beautiful Atlantic before you! The balcony is furnished with a beach lounger and several chairs that look onto a bird's eye view of New Smyrna's shore. No matter how much time you spend here, this sight will never grow old!

When you're ready to retire, you'll find the primary bedroom awaiting you just off its private balcony entrance. Resting against the golden orange wall sits a luxuriously soft king bed and two side tables. Once you're cuddled beneath the sheets, you'll get to drift asleep to the sounds of your favorite show on the flat-screen TV and later wake up to a window view of the sunrise over the waters. You won't find better R&R than in this room! Adjoining the bedroom is the primary bathroom, which has a walk-in shower, modern vanity, and plenty of bath towels.

The second bedroom has a youthful tone with its bright blue accents and sailboat border. Your kids will sleep soundly in either the twin bunk bed or queen bed and will be especially delighted to find a flat-screen TV atop the dresser for their morning cartoons. Similar to the master's, the second bathroom has a walk-in shower, dark vanity, and bath towels for everyone.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable, free wireless internet, a DVD player, and a Keurig and Drip coffee maker.

Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
