Centrally located is the family room with pool table and beverage station with seating, wine fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has plenty of space for making a meal with two sinks, professional gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and large refrigerator. The dining area has a nice size table and chairs with extra seating at the breakfast bar. Step outside to back yard and relax in the shade with a table and 6 chairs (not pictured), grill on the propane barbecue or soak in the hot tub under the stars.
The bedrooms are located down a hall, away from all the action so you can get a good night's sleep. The master suite has a California king and private 3/4 bathroom with large shower with both a rain and standard shower head plus a flat screen TV with Roku. Bedroom two a California king plus a twin daybed with twin trundle and 3/4 bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed plus twin with a twin trundle. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination is in the hallway. A laundry room is available for you use and is perfect for longer stays.

Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
