- Parking space for four to six cars, excluding boat and trailer parking.
- Private outdoor shower with both hot and cold settings.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Limited parking not recommended for boats or trailers.
- Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
