Tranquility in Cowes is a pleasant and peaceful 4 bedroom home, comfortably sleeping 10. It is perfect for a long stay or a weekend away with family and friends. Polished timber floorboards, carpeted bedrooms and simple décor, combined with the natural sunlight that floods the home, means you will instantly feel more relaxed and at ease once you step foot inside. It is within easy reach of all that Cowes and Phillip Island has to offer, it is a 350m, 3 minute stroll to one of Cowes sheltered north facing beaches and about a 1.3km, 15 minute stroll into town, where you'll find lots of great restaurants and cafes along with a large array of boutique shops, galleries and antique stores. We are pet-friendly, so absolutely no one has to miss out on this amazing beach style getaway.
There is a double sofa bed, TV and DVD in the 4th bedroom. Kick back and relax in the open plan living room with a multitude of options: watch a DVD whilst snuggling on the comfy couches, play some music on the iPod dock, play with the board games available or simply read a book in front of the coonara wood heater. There is also air conditioning in the living room, plus ceiling fans in each bedroom. Free NBN WiFi is provided for you as well as all Linen and Towels are supplied. Outside is a deck with a BBQ and an outdoor setting opening out to a large north facing back garden.
Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars and there is limited street parking available in this quiet court.

Ceiling fans and built in robes in all bedrooms. Laundry with top loader washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the house.

Pet Friendly On Application
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion.
Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste in the yard so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost.

Guest Information
Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.
Home Truths:
Please note that there is a non-refundable credit card surcharge fee of 3.5% when you pay through credit card. Please advise ahead of time if you prefer bank transfer deposit to avoid credit card fees.
Security Deposit and Guest Information
Identification of all guests to be sent upon request to Rejuvenate Stays prior to the access instructions sent out. If ID has not been received (if requested), we reserve the right not to send out access details.
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 3 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure.
If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.
