This beautiful holiday house in San Remo (Watersun) is only 50m to the tranquil San Remo beach which caters for both people and their pets ( No dogs inside the house ). In walking distance to the new Meadow Springs shopping centre and only 3 minutes drive to the heart of Mandurah and all its wonderful features.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a queen and single bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed plus 2 fold out sofa beds in the open living area. There is an ensuite in the main bedroom and a second bathroom for the other two rooms.
A spacious open plan dining, living area overlooking the alfresco area with gas bbq.
The house has fully ducted air conditioning.
All Linen is provided and the cleaning is done before and after you leave.
A small cleaning fee may apply.
Pets are considered (Outside)

One of the best stays
Communication with Peter was on point and very friendly..from the moment i made my reservation till the end of our stay..everything ran smoothly.. Upon arriving, easy to get to, house was nice, clean and tidy and very welcoming..close to all amenities especially the beach 😍..even the neighbourhood was nice and clean..i dont have anything bad to say about our experience..i will definitely use this place again next time im in Perth 😃 i will highly recommend this place to my friends and family and anyone else ✅️

Amenities/Barbecue Pit
Unfortunately both barbecue pits were very dirty and oily. We tried to use it after cleaning but the oily sludge deposits caught fire and burnt our steaks. We were really fearful and quickly stop using it and put out the fire. Please having the cleaning people thoroughly clean out the barbecue pits. Thanks
