Beachwalk 210 is well decorated and renovated with everything you will need while on vacation. The main living room has a 60 inch TV. The large deck has been renovated with composite Trex material for easy care and use. Shipyard Plantation is a quiet gated community perfect for those looking to rest and relax. Shipyard is the best spot for those who like to walk to the beach, bike on the many secluded & shaded bike paths, play tennis at the Shipyard Racquet Club, or Golf at the only 3 nine hole courses on the island within minutes from the condo. Located across the street from Beachwalk is the Sonesta Resort, which you can walk to the outdoor bar and restaurants. King in BR1, Queen in BR2, 2 Doubles in BR3, Queen Sofa bed. For larger groups - please inquire about Beachwalk 209 (3BR/3.5 Bath) located right next door or any of our other listings in Beachwalk.

Lovely condo and great location. However, be careful coming down the stairs. The top step is very narrow and I missed the step and fell down the stairs. Watch out

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. Some of the furnishings and rugs need a refresh.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was looking forward to a great family vacation .We love HHI as a family and this is our first time renting with Seashore Vacations. Disappointed that the emails I sent management upon our check in with issues were never acknowledged. The home had a musty smell upon arrival and foul odor from garbage disposal. kitchen is not adequately equipped with pots/pans . Shelve in fridge was broken as well as broken shelves in pantry. Tubs very slow to drain and mold on all the vents which made my week miserable due to allergies. Even if this is an investment property with an absentee owner I would think the Seashore management would of ensured the upkeep of the condo . We will not be renting here again but it won’t keep us from returning to HHI in the future .
