Lydiard Terrace is perfect for visiting professionals or longer term stays required in central Ballarat.

Don't miss out on this trendy three bedroom terrace home in the perfect location. 200 meters to Ballarat Train Station & two blocks from central Ballarat's historic Sturt and Lydiard St intersection.

A brand new renovation including a new kitchen, floors, heating and cooling, a European style bathroom with in-floor heating, and a separate toilet highlights this perfectly located Ballarat Terrace house.

The property offers open plan living, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and separate meals area, and new carpet throughout. All bedrooms are complete with built-in robes. A small enclosed paved courtyard with outdoor dining and access to 2 car parks is also included.

Keypad automatic access is included and provides simple contactless ease of access for all guests.

This property is more central than central and is two blocks from major Ballarat attractions, including the art gallery, Her Majesty's Theatre, cafes, and restaurants. approx. 2km walk to the Ballarat hospitals and 2.5 km walk to wonderful Lake Wendouree.

Accommodation for a maximum 6 adults

Bedroom 1 is a king bed. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed. Bedroom 3 features two single beds. All beds and mattresses are new and exceptionally comfortable.

Bookings are per room per double unless otherwise specified. The house has been freshly painted.

Enjoy great dining

The newly refurbished North Star Hotel is opposite and provides one of Ballarat's great dining experiences. Take away is available back to our house. Alternatively, take a short walk to Sturt St and its many fine restaurants. Book in for dinner at the Lake View Hotel and a free courtesy bus back to Lydiard St is available on Friday and Saturday nights.

You will love the central location in one of Victoria's great regional cities.

Loved our stay.
Our stay was absolutely perfect, very close to everything and only a 10 minute work to the gorgeous lake. The house was gorgeously done, everything you could want and the owner was very great to deal with. We will definitely be booking again.

Really lovely place.
There were 3 adults staying. We each got our own room and a very comfy bed. The kitchen/living is modern and a comfortable, with plenty of room to relax or eat. Very modern bathroom, with a walk in shower. Very impressive bath. The rest of the house is a beautiful, federation building that is very well maintained. There only upgate is the central heating, which was appreciated, in winter, in Ballarat. Very happy with this place. I would highly recommend it.

Very comfortable and a great location
We stayed at Lydiard Terrace for a month and really enjoyed our time. The cottage had everything we needed as well as being warm and cosy even during the coldest weather. It’s within easy walking distance of the CBD, plus there are some great restaurants, coffee shops and pubs nearby. Chris’s communication with us was excellent and he responded quickly on the couple of occasions where we needed some assistance. All-in-all, the cottage is great value and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone visiting Ballarat.
