With 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, ACE can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. The stunning gas log fireplace and plush leather sofa in the living room make the perfect spot to relax, while the rumpus room (5th bedroom) with toys and board games is a hit with the kids.

The house is equipped with all the essential amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, ducted heating, and evaporative cooling. Quality linen and plush white towels are provided for your comfort.

Outside, you'll find a private and secure backyard with a solar-heated pool, outdoor shower, and a decked entertainment area with a Webber BBQ. The cubby house, sandpit, and slide make it the perfect spot for the kids to play while you unwind.

ACE is located in Echuca's most prestigious residential area, just a short stroll from Coles and the cinema, and a pleasant 8-minute walk to the main shopping strip and cafes. Pack the kids scooters.

Please note, we operate a strict no-party policy, and our property is not available for events, hens or bucks parties, schoolies, or any groups under the age of 28. We also ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Before booking, we ask that you carefully review our full terms and conditions of stay. Some of our primary policies include:

No parties or events allowed
Groups of young adults under the age of 28 are not permitted to book
We do not allow pets
Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm
Maximum number of guests allowed is 11

Please note that we do not under any circumstances accept bookings for hens, bucks, sporting groups, schoolies, or party groups. Additionally, we do not accept any groups under 28 years of age. If you fit into any of the aforementioned groups, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking our property. We enforce an absolute no noise and party policy.

Security Measures

We have security cameras installed at the front and backyard of the property. Upon arrival, we ask that you deactivate the backyard camera by covering it with the provided shield.

Please note that our base rates cover up to 6 guests, and any additional guests will be charged $50 per night. Up to 2 children under the age of 2 may stay for free in port-a-cots only.

The entire house is yours, private yard and solar heated 4 x 8 metre in-ground pool with hot outdoor shower with extensive undercover decking. Only available as an exclusive booking - not shared with other guests.

Other things to note
Alarms and Cameras - We want to make sure you feel totally comfortable during your stay. We've got two security cameras keeping an eye on the front and one on the backyard, mounted on the deck ceiling above the round table. But don't worry, to give you the ultimate privacy, we've got a velcro cover on the kitchen bench for the backyard camera.
Just hop on the sturdy round table and press the velcro on top of the camera. Don't forget there's a handy step ladder nearby to help you out! We're sorry for the inconvenience, but it's the only way for us to ensure the security when the house is empty.
By the way, the cameras do not record sound, so feel free to sing your heart out!

When you're ready to leave, please remove the camera cover and pop it back on the kitchen bench.

Oh, and a little heads up: we'll turn off the alarm just before your check-in time, so please don't arrive early and risk an unexpected welcome. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you at Ace Echuca Holiday House!
