A terrific Easter break
Waratah Hills was a perfect place for us to stay. We had a range of generations and the house provided us space for both family time together and quiet time to ourselves. Also when the weather wasn't conducive to beachgoing we had the space in both house and gardens to organise activities to make our stay very pleasant. The views from the house are terrific and the location excellent for those who want to visit the Prom, but have more space for going home to. Thank you to our hosts who were very helpful.

Beautiful countryside getaway
We hosted a special birthday weekend here as a base for hiking Wilson's Prom. What a delightful and enchanting property with everything you need for a great stay. We absolutely loved the stained glass, vintage decor and fireplace during what was the coldest weekend for 3 years! Despite the wet weather, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it gave us plenty of time for boardgames by the fire. The rooms are clean, comfy and warm. Kitchen is well-equipped. Plenty of room for lovely dining at home experiences and although we didn't use the outdoor seating area due to the rain, it was still lovely to walk around and enjoy the garden with the magnificent views. Kate is excellent to communicate with. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Thank you for having us.

Amazing!
We had such a lovely time in this beautiful house. We could have stayed so much longer and explored the area. We saw a few koalas from the kitchen window and the views are absolutely spectacular! My only complaint is that the photos do not do the place justice. It’s much nicer in person and would recommend updating them to really show the place off.

Relaxing family home with stunning location.
Really stunning home without being precious. View is breathtaking, when i arrived i did not want to leave the garden. Managed our adult group on 10 fairly well but suits 8 better. Lead light windows add a beautiful touch. Hosts generous in what is provided in the kitchen and family areas (a few more tea towels may be beneficial). Kitchen managed lots of food prep, fire beautiful as the cold comes in. Enjoyed the surrounding area: beaches, prom, Alison Lester gallery, Waratah hills winery made a great treat for an alfresco lunch. Hopefully i get to go back again, i feel lucky to have had an Easter with my family in such a beautiful location.
