At Upstream Cottage, you are within walking distance to Climbmax climbing gym and several coffee shops as well as river access to float the river with shuttles available by Asheville Outdoor Center located just down the street and rentals through Zen tubing. You can even enjoy a relaxing float to the newly opened New Belgium brewery located just around the corner.
You are only 15 minutes to Asheville Regional airport. You are essentially close to "everything" in and around Asheville. The home is accessed via only paved roads.

The home affords year round access. The home is situated just outside the heart of downtown Asheville, directly across from Carrier Park & the French Broad River, affording safe places for kids to play & explore, adults to take a hike or leisurely walk, biking, and more!

The decks are just off the Kitchen/Great Room & out the upper level (off the Master Suite), and afford additional outdoor space to relax & unwind. There is also a quiet back porch & small fenced-in yard. While everyone enjoys the home and community amenities, you can also simply pull up a chair and take in the view, (the views, nature, the river & tranquility are spectacular!!), observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play in your backyard.
