New two story beach house situated at Phillip Island's most popular patrolled surf beach - Smiths Beach only 2 minute walk and you're on the sand.

Our beach house offers modern spacious open plan living. The first floor has north and south facing balconies with BBQ facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with aldi espresso coffee machine, microwave, with a large open living and dinning areas, master bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with large shower and bath, air conditioning, wood heater, flat screen TV, ipod docking station, DVD player and FREE WI-FI now available .

The ground floor offers another living area designed to keep the kids happy with a cupboard full of board games, XBOX and Wii consoles, flat screen smart TV. Access to a European laundry and double lockup garage with table tennis and surfboard storage racks.

BATHROOMS:
the house has 2 large showers, 2 toilets and an outdoor hot/cold shower perfect for a large family.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

The property is fully self contained, covered doonas, blankets and pillows ARE provided, however YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING your own top and bottom sheets, towels and pillow cases. Or you can hire linen for an additional charge.

CLOSE BY ATTRACTIONS:
With a great position located within 2 minute walk to the beautiful patrolled Smiths Beach....great for surfing, boggy boarding, swimming, and fishing. 1 minute walk to the General Store and Island Surf Shop/Surf School. 3 kms from the Grand Prix Race Track and Go-Karting, 10 minute drive to the famous Penguin Parade , and a 5 minute drive into Cowes for restaurants, cafes, and a fabulous 18 hole golf course.

LOCATION , LOCATION
This place was awesome, so close to the beach and on a private road with our own garage to park the car , it was perfect 👍 Nothing worse than parking the car at the beach on a hot day House was clean and tidy , we had a great time, and good hosts who do communicate ,would love to come again .Jill and Ray
