Comfortably furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa. Close to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, world championship golf courses, & tennis courts. Great nearby shopping and restaurants. First floor end villa. Open floor plan features relaxing living room area with wet bar, formal dining area, breakfast bar with stools surrounding open kitchen. Separate laundry closet off kitchen. Villa has Jan 2023 vinyl plank flooring in hallway, kitchen & laundry closet. Carpet in living, dining areas & bedrooms for maximum comfort.
There is a California king bed in the Main bedroom.
Two full beds in the guest bedroom, -- perfect for families or multiple couples!
All Oct 2020 Sealy mattresses, box springs & pillows have extra allergen protected pads & covers.
Unit features High Speed Wireless Internet & Cable TV access for all 3 TVs. DVD player & CD stereo in family living room. A screened porch with rockers and open porch with table & chairs for outdoor dining accessed through French door in living area.

The Islanders Beach Park is a simple walk (6/10's of a mile). There is a children's playground at the beach access park also featuring a picnic area, public restrooms & outdoor showers. Ask about 'Snowbird' monthly rate offered Jan thru mid-March.
Weekly rates are 7 times the listed nightly rate.
Cleaning fee is included in rate.

Comfortable Stay
Overall, our stay at the property was pretty good. Valerie is great to deal with and seems to genuinely want her guests to have a good stay. There were just a few things that held us back from giving a higher rating. When we arrived the Hargray TV package was not working. Valerie informed us this may be the case. Fixing it required us spending over an hour on the phone with Hargray. On our first night there that was a disappointment. The Jets for the bathtub in the secondary bathroom were not working. This was frustrating as the Jacuzzis were a big draw for us selecting this property. There maybe a workaround we were unaware of. In the end we just used the other bathtub on subsequent days. But, unfortunately they both leak water pretty quickly from the drain, so we had to top up frequently. The kitchen is well stocked, which was much appreciated. For example they had Tupperware, lots of knives for chopping, big mugs for coffee, etc. We appreciated that there were coffee filters provided, as we had brought the wrong kind (the coffee maker needs cone shaped ones). Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. But, we found the dryer took forever to dry the clothes. For example setting it for 100 minutes still often wouldn't fully dry the clothes. Nonetheless, it was still nice to have. Overall, we found the unit to be very comfortable. It was a great size and had lots of comfortable couches and chairs in the living room. The dining table was also a good size with 6 chairs. I had to do a work video call while there and was relieved that the internet was fast enough to handle it. We would stay there again, as I know that Valerie does her best to address the concerns of her guests.
