Great stay at Riviera 306

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here and have booked it again for next year. Our only complaint is that it was not as clean as the previous time we stayed. It needs a really good overall clean. Carpet had lots of dirty marks.Curtains were broken as was a Venetian slat in Kitchen and these were very obvious.

The unit was very well equipped for a holiday stay, very well presented & a secure building. Would recommend.Only problem was low lighting in main bathroom only requires a brighter globe.
