Great location and wonderful views
Our stay was Perfect having stayed in this Location on several occasions this by far was the best unit. We love the outdoor space. The only thing we could hope for was a little more kitchen “stuff” as we enjoy cooking. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect place otherwise. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Penthouse
Beautiful penthouse really clean nice area kid friendly beautiful view. I really enjoy myself and my kids I would definitely recommend this place I would definitely stay again.

Disappointing Stay
Pros: Excellent view of the ocean; close drive to most beaches and restaurants and major highways. Cons: *main AC in living room was broken - owner was aware but did NOT mention during booking; assured everything was in working condition. *12 Cup Coffee maker was cracked on bottom and leaked all over; it was replaced the following day with a 4-cup coffee maker which was not efficient making coffee for family of 6. *apt needs some TLC; my daughter got locked in 1 of the bedrooms and it wouldnt open from the inside or outside the room. we called property manager who had to call a friend to do a favor and come over to unlock but was unsuccessful. Owner then suggested i call a locksmith and pay whatever they charge which i refused! Owner should have taken care of this herself. She then suggested i break the lock off the door since my daughter was trapped for over an hour!!!! after my trip, owner is attempting to charge me $200 for the door/lock after she confirmed to do this to get my daughter out of the room!!! Horrible experience and Horrible treatment from the owner. Will NOT rent this property again!!! If you are planning to rent this property, know that you are on your own and owner will try to move ALL costs to you.

Awesome Vacation rental
I took 4 highschool seniors to Isabela for a Spring break Surf trip. This was an awesome place and close to the local surf spots. The house has everything you need and Maria the girl who manages the place is very quick to take care of any issue that might arise. Great views and very comfortable. Only Airconditioning in the bed rooms so in the summer may get hot in main living room and second floor.

It is a beautiful place, the sea view is quiet, the apartment well decorated with everything equipped, an excellent place to spend a good holiday.
