Perched in St. Lucia’s attraction capital of Soufriere the home is perfectly located in a private area, with the charm of an upscale residential neighborhood. Walk to many top attractions, and drive just 5-10 minutes to all the rest!

If one town were to be the heart and soul of St Lucia, it would have to be Soufrière. Its attractions include a slew of colonial-era edifices scattered amid brightly painted wooden storefronts and a bustling seafront.

In order to ensure smooth check in and check out of guests, check in time is 3 pm, and check out is before 11 am. We are flexible if you're arriving/departing earlier or later; please let me know your arrival and departure times IN ADVANCE. 6. Absolutely NO smoking in Villa, NO drugs, NO "entertaining guests. 7. Great location

Cozy spot with all you need and incredible views!
We enjoyed our stay in Janus’ place. It was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was incredible. It’s close to everything and in a great location. I would recommend 4 wheel drive to get there and getting around St, Lucia in general. Nearby Anse Chastanet beach was our favorite. Janus gave perfect directions and greeted us with a warm smile. Highly recommend!

Great views, good communication
Views from patio great, location to all the tourist attractions in area convenient. Clean and met all expectations for apartment. Biggest downfall is the road to the house-popped tire on the rental vehicle, even with an SUV. 4wd an absolute must. Not owners fault, just overall theme in soufriere area.
