The Apartment has brand new furniture and a gas log fire to keep warm in winter.
Also a large 7.1kw air conditioner to keep very cool in summer.

Boasting a spacious light filled lounge overlooking the bay and towards Eastern Beach Promenade. Comprising of two bedrooms , the master bedroom has a Queen size bed with stunning views towards the yacht club.The second bedroom has 2 x single beds, which can be converted into a double size bed. Also original kitchen and updated bathroom with a single garage. Imagine being able to wander out the front door and cross the road to the renowned Beach House Cafe or take a lazy stroll around the bay and waterfront promenade. Take the kids to the free public swimming pool. Walking distance to CBD, local transport and the delicacies of nearby restaurants.

Great location, spacious and clean.
It was a great property for my wife, son and myself - walking distance to the beach, eateries and shops and importantly for us, close to the start/finish of the Cadel Evans Peoples Ride and later the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road race.

Best location in Geelong
The location is the best in Geelong. Waking up overlooking Eastern Beach is great, whether in summer or winter. Property can do with a makeover as some aspects as past due for the expectation of a rental property. Very snug in winter with gas fireplace.

A beautiful retreat.
This property was absolutely perfect. A Great location with stunning views. Had everything we required and would definitely stay again. I will recommend this property to friend's and family and to anyone else who was wanting to stay on the Eastern beach side of Geelong.
