Villa Ladera is perfectly located in the Heart of Huskisson.

Air Conditioning + Linen Supplied + Views to Point Perpendicular

In a Complex of 22 Units - which backs onto Currambene Creek complete with shared complex picnic area on foreshore + Jetty (Jetty does not allow any moorings)
Great for launching a kayak, canoe or stand up paddle board.

Downstairs consists of lounge room, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine plus dining room with seating for 8 + air conditioning.
Step out to fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor setting and BBQ.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer + 3rd toilet.
Upstairs has second living area with air conditioning. Step out to the deck with great views across Jervis Bay to Point Perpendicular.
3 bedrooms - main with ensuite + main bathroom.

The location
Villa Ladera is 600 metres from the Hub of Huskisson - Owen Street with an array of cafe's, restaurants, Cinema, Clubs, Pub and specialty shops.
200 metres away is The Lady Denman Museum and Mangrove Boardwalk - great exploring and local history for the kids.

The beaches
Just a 15 minute stroll to White Sands Park, foreshore cycleway/walkway and the white sands of Jervis Bay where you will find Sharknet Beach.
There are many beaches and coves to explore during your stay.

Great stay
My family and I stayed at this lovely house for 5 days. Location is great with a short stroll to town. We had issues with the shower which was swiftly fixed by the agency. The view from the balcony is the best part! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice and not too pricey place to stay.

Lovely beachy townhouse
Thank you for a great stay with our 5 and 11 yr olds, homely yet safe features and a great view of the bay. So close to the main street to walk or drive, and we were lucky to see the Saturday markets on at the top of our street during our stay.

Enjoyable stay
Smooth process, property exceeded our expectations. Under the impression that the picnic area on foreshore and the Jetty were private. Next time I’ll ask how to gain access. Would be lovely to bring bikes and kayaks.

We had A lovely stay at unit 6/15 Wood crescent, the town house was very nice and very comfortable, everything we needed was there and everything was clean and tidy. Location was excellent, would certainly go back again and certainly recommend it family and friends.
