Good location
Property was clean, with near new facilities and comfortable furnishings. We were there when the weather was over 39 degrees most days so had to use the air conditioning to keep the house cool, which was really necessary as it is really exposed to the sun and heat. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had nearly everything although a couple of beer glasses would have been great. We would stay there again as the location means you are only a short drive into Dunsborough and about 10 mins to Yallingup beach and there are glimpses of the bay from the balcony. We stayed in Jan 2016.

Good property, but!
We enjoyed our stay at Cape Villas, however there were two aspects that let the near new property down. Firstly, the build quality was very "light weight", something I would expect from a Bunnings Kit Home! Noise between the bedrooms was significant, even with an empty room in-between. A seven-month-old baby and a heavy snorer didn't help; thank god I always travel with earplugs. They also helped block out the building noise in the mornings as the property is still being developed! Secondly, the units are very close together, something that isn't apparent in the photos online! You will get to know your neighbours very well.
