Welcome to Surf, Sand, and Smiles the Perfect Beach Getaway!
This ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath non-smoking end unit sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 queen beds, twin over twin bunks, and a full size sleeper sofa. With neighbors only on one side, it offers a quiet and relaxing vacation.
The master bedroom bed has a memory foam topper for comfort, separate bath for privacy, and flat screen TV.
The bright and cheerful guest suite has a comfortable queen size bed, twin bunks and flat screen TV.
The living room is furnished with a full size sleeper sofa, love seat and recliner along with flat screen TV, DVD player, cable and Free WIFI. There are also books, board games, movies and a Wii for evening entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, blender, and even a spice rack.
Unit 3127 is close to the indoor pool and fitness room, tennis courts, and the large beach front pool. In just a few steps you can have your toes in the sugar white sand and emerald green ocean. You will also find tennis rackets, sand toys, and other sporting equipment in the storage closet for your use.
Gulf Shores Plantation is a gated family friendly resort in Fort Morgan that offers something for everyone of all ages. It is situated on the same property as world class golf Kiva Dunes and offers lighted tennis and basketball courts, shuffle board, and horse shoes. This complex offers many other amenities such as 6 outdoor pools(one heated), indoor pool, sauna, and hot tubs. There are also outdoor grills for cooking.

Great Area with well stocked condo
We love the area, quiet towards Fort Morgan but short distance to everything. This condo is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Good location on bottom floor with short walk to BBQ grill we enjoyed.

Our family has visited Gulf Shores Plantation for over 15 years. We love the family friendly atmosphere and all the amenities Gulf Shores Plantation has to offer. After being renters for 15 years we wanted to share our love for the beach and the great memories it can have with others, so we recently purchased this condo (in 2016) to do just that. As educators we know how important family time and a worry free vacation can be. We wanted to help provide that to other families like us. We hope you enjoy Gulf Shores Plantation just as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Gulf Shores Plantation in Fort Morgan offers a family friendly complex with feet of uncrowded white sand beach just right to relax and play. This peaceful resort is out of the way of the hustle and bustle, yet it is close enough to enjoy mini golf, water slides, shopping and great restaurants. It is the best of both worlds. It allows us to make the decision to have a non-stop action packed vacation or a peaceful and restful one.

What makes this property unique

Being a ground floor corner unit, makes loading and unloading all your beach gear easier. Especially with no elevator to wait for! You will also have less noise because you only have others guests on one side. The little extra sunshine in the master bedroom is also a plus, because of the extra window the corner units have.
