To keep your costs to a minimum we do not provide sheets or towels. We can provide for an additional fee.

We do provide you with quilts, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors.

OPTIONAL LINEN FEES:
- Queen bed sheets, 2 pillowcases, two towels and two hand towels - $30 per stay.

Reverse cycle air conditioning, two person spa bath. Second shower and toilet outside. Large open plan living area and fully functioned kitchen.

Large secure rear yard. Plenty of room to keep the boat or bring your pets by negotiation. Willing to accommodate pets that are cleaned up after (inside and outside), are not going to be a risk to the property or a disturbance to the neighbours.

Ideally located in an extremely quiet street. Just a 10 Minute walk to shops, 1 minute walk to the beach.

Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday.

Public holidays: Note 3 night minimum stay is required for long weekends, 4 night minimum over Easter.

Cosy home in a great location
A lovely home very close to all of the town centre. Well equipped and fairly clean tidy. Exceptional communication from the owner. Highly recommend this place. Only issue is the shower with the spa - which the owner is attending to.

Short Stay
Perfect location for our long weekend away. The property was well situated - close to the beach and shops and suited us well. Our little dog was well contained in the back yard. The air conditioning worked very well in the 40 degree heat! A very pleasant stay.

The grey house
Good location all basic needs does need some upgrades and painting. Good size backyard for your furry friend. Looks a bit tired but did enjoy my stay and lots of walks.

Great large Cottage close to beach
Lovely quaint house large bedrooms and insiide areas, fantastic outside entertainment with Weber bbq huge tv and plenty of appliances crockery glassware , everything you could want. Only issue, but not for us, would be getting in and out of shower /large spa if you are aged or unsteady on your feet, Great stay.
