This newly renovated beachfront condo is located on the fluffy sands of Orange Beach, Alabama. Recently completed renovations provide a clean, updated and fully outfitted condo for your beach vacation. Located at Regency Isle where ammenities are ample and access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and activites are easy and convenient.
The property has both indoor and outdoor pools, grilling and kids play area.
The unit is a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beauty, which sleeps 6 comfortably (including pullout couch). The kitchen has been fully renovated with new cabinets (well stocked), granite counters and updated appliances. The floors in the bedrooms have also recently been updated. The master bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite, with the second bedroom including a queen bed, bunk bed and ensuite. The unit also has a laundry and 1/2 bath.
The huge balcony overlooks the pool and ocean and includes a lounge area for post beach relaxation or an afternoon of quiet reading while you listen to the sound of the ocean.
Location, location, location....
We're located on a more quiet section of the beach, but still close to restaurants, shopping and activities. The unit faces out to the gulf and beach access is easy.

September at the Beach
The weather was perfect. The condo was great. There was an issue with the ice-maker but we worked through that. John and Leslie were easy to contact. We requested an extra day and they were quick to confirm. It ended up being a great 8 day beach trip. Thanks.

Wonderful beach vacation
Beautiful beachfront condo that had everything you needed to have a fabulous relaxing beach getaway. The location was perfect, beach spectacular and the owners were great to work with. Very clean and beautifully decorated condo! It had everything anyone would ever need to have a nice and relaxing stay. We especially loved the beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony!
