Tipperary Cottage is perfectly located just 950 metres from the white sands of Jervis Bay where you will find Huskisson Beach which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddling, kayaking or simply relaxing.
Also just 950 metres away is the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway.

3 Bedrooms plus a separate teenager's retreat.

Tipperary Cottage is a 1.2 km leisurely stroll to the Hub of Huskisson - Owen Street with an array of cafe's, restaurants, Cinema, Clubs, Pub and specialty shops.

The beaches
Just a 10 minute stroll to White Sands Park, foreshore cycleway/walkway and the white sands of Jervis Bay where you will find Sharknet Beach which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddling, kayaking or simply relaxing. There are many beaches and coves to explore during your stay.

Please bring beach towels. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Please note that only the following beaches are pet friendly:
Huskisson Beach and Nelson's Beach - Off leash at certain times and seasons.
Hyams Beach and Orion Beach - On leash at all times.

Tipperary Cottage is not serviced.
For arrival - we supply a small supply of complimentary toilet paper, mini soaps, tea, coffee sachets, sugar and coffee pods. These items are not supplied for your entire stay.
You are also required to bring any personal items.

Perfect stay for family and dog
The house is very well kept and the check in and out process was very simple. The yard is massive, great for dogs and the location is awesome. 5 min walk to the beach and 12 min walk to the pub! The teenage retreat is perfect if you have older kids. I would definitely recommend this property to others and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks for the stay.

Great house & good location
We stayed the property over the Easter long weekend. Great house with good size outdoor area and yard. About a 10-15 minute walk to shops, bars & beach.

Perfect for a getaway!
When it came time to go away the bushfires almost cancelled our trip, but the property manager was easy to communicate with and guided me through the potential processes. Lucky enough we were able to make it down when the weather got better and calmer. When we got there the property was in great condition and very clean. Instructions laid out clearly for how the property should be left and everything. It was an extremely enjoyable experience in a great location, just a small walk away from the beach and the town. Would definitely come back!
