This Perfectly located holiday house on Surf Parade, Inverloch, is opposite the main surf beach and a 2 minute drive to town. It is also conveniently located close to the shared footpath for a safe walk or ride into town.

Comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites with walk in shower, toilet and vanity and a third bathroom servicing the third bedroom with bath, shower and vanity and a separate toilet. Laundry contains washing machine, trough and dryer.

All bathrooms have been fully renovated featuring 5 star quality with floor to ceiling tiling, beautiful timber feature walls and large vanities.

This is the ideal Inverloch holiday rental property for a weekend away, school holiday breaks or a Summer in the sun. Sleeps 6, comprising two Queen size beds and two single beds.

This property is ideal for Grand parents, parents and children or 3 couples sharing as each couple has their own individual suite.

This beautifully maintained beach house is nestled in the most amazing garden. Which was lovely to sit in and enjoy the birdsong or read a book. Garden is just as lovely from inside with from all rooms. Walk out the gate to shared walking/biking path or through to beach, The ocean is beautiful from this location. The house is protected from big winds, felt very safe and stable through overnight storm.

A fabulous stay & so close to the beach
A very comfortable holiday accomodation. Jennie was a wonderful host checking that we had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and each bedroom has its own ensuite. The place was very clean and the best part was that it is across the road from the surf beach. A fabulous location. We loved our stay.
