Situated in the heart of Port Macquarie, everything you'll need will be at your fingertips - you're bound to be a local before you know it!

The Space:
The newly renovated apartment features a spacious living/dining room which opens out to the front balcony where you can sit back, relax, and take in the coastal views. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes, a large modern bathroom, separate en suite in the master bedroom, and an internal laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer - the space truly feels like a home away from home.
Perfect for family holidays, a weekend away with friends, or a couples' retreat. The apartment will certainly be a great base for all your Port Macquarie adventures. The apartment spoils you with idyllic views of Town Beach and Oxley Beach - both of which are only a short walk away.
At the end of the day you can settle back and enjoy the sunset from the balconies with free high speed NBN Wifi to keep you connected.

The Area:
Unpack, unwind and appreciate all that Port Macquarie has to offer. Watch surfers, boats, dolphins, and migrating whales off the headland, or set off exploring along Port Macquarie's beautiful 9km coastal path, which will take you to Flynn's Beach, Nobby's Head, Shelly Beach and onto the iconic lighthouse at Tacking Point.
For history buffs, Port Macquarie is steeped in maritime, colonial, and pre-colonial history. Head next door to the Mid North Coast Maritime Museum, housed in the original pilot cottages built in 1896. A 15-minute walk into town and you'll find the Port Macquarie Museum and the Historic Courthouse to explore Port Macquarie's history as a British penal colony. A short drive will bring you to the beautiful Sea Acres Rainforest Centre where you can learn about the first inhabitants of the land, the Birpai people.
Town Beach and Oxley Beach are at your doorstep, along with trendy cafes and acclaimed restaurants. Take a leisurely stroll along the break-wall to town for shopping, galleries, weekend markets and more. Golf courses are within 15 minutes by car, tennis courts and the Port City Bowling Club are right behind the complex.

The apartment is in a secure building with internal entry via the single car garage or the intercom enabled front door, both of which allows for easy access to the lift.

Fantastic apartment, excellent location
This renovated apartment is perfect for a young family. It was very spacious and we loved that we didn’t need to use the car during our stay since everything was within walking distance. The only downside was we had to take our own cots (two of them) and we didn’t have access to a high chair for the 1 year old. We would have been happy to rent them but this wasn’t an option. One of the bedrooms is also very light, which wasn’t ideal with kids under 2 when you need a darker room for sleeps. Despite this, we still had a great time and made the above scenarios work for us.

great unit, pity about the cleaner
The unit is in a beautiful location and is well equipped. We stayed 3 nights, arriving late on the first night. As we had been charged for cleaning we expected to arrive to an immaculate place. There were clean towels on the beds, but also crumbs on the table, and only a few sheets of paper on the toilet roll, with no spare rolls. The bed sheets were crumpled with the spare blanket just tossed onto it. We wondered if the sheets were clean. We visited the estate agent next day and she contacted the cleaner, who cane with replacement toilet rolls and some tea bags. She tidied the beds but didn’t change the sheets. We were told we should have rung the cleaner ourselves when we arrived as the number was in the envelope with the keys. Is it reasonable to ring a cleaner at 8.45pm? We are elderly and left the place neat and tidy.

Beautiful and convenient location. Felt relaxed as soon as I entered the apartment. Great view from balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The bed was so comfortable!
